Service status

Check whether Conduit TEM, bill reading, email in and Conduit AI are working right now, and see any notice from our team.

On this page

The status page shows whether each part of Conduit TEM is working right now. It is public: you don't need to sign in, so you can check it even when you can't get into the app.

Open the status page

  • Go to /status on the Conduit TEM address you sign in at.
  • In the app, select the ? button in the top bar, then Service status. On a phone, it's under More.
  • From the Help centre, select Status at the bottom of any page.

What's coming next is on a separate page, the product roadmap: it's in the same ? menu as What's new & coming soon.

At the top, one line sums it up (for example All systems operational), with the time it was checked. The page refreshes itself every minute.

What each line means

Line What it tells you
App Whether the app itself is up: signing in, pages and saving changes.
Bill reading Whether uploaded and emailed bills are being read. Delayed means bills take longer than usual; they are kept and read in order. Paused means reading has stopped for now; nothing is lost and reading resumes on its own.
Email in When we last received email at a bill inbox. Receiving normally means mail arrived in the last few hours. No mail for several hours is shown in a neutral colour on purpose: quiet spells are normal overnight and at weekends, and mail sent now is still received.
Conduit AI Whether Conduit AI is reading bills successfully. Degraded means some bills could not be read on the first try; they are retried automatically.

Each line has a label and an icon, such as Operational, Delayed, Degraded, Down or Quiet.

Tip: the status page only shows the overall service. It never shows anything about your organization or your bills.

Notices from our team

When we know about a problem, or are doing planned work, a notice appears at the top of the status page. Signed-in members also see it as a thin bar at the top of every page in the app, with a link to the status page. It disappears once our team clears it.

Something isn't working but the page says it's fine

The status page checks the whole service, so a problem that only affects one bill, one carrier or one person may not show. Contact support from the Help centre and tell us what you were doing and when.
