Your organization's own address

Give your team its own Conduit TEM address, like yourcompany.conduittem.app, with your logo and color on the sign-in page and throughout the app.

In the app:Settings

On this page

Your organization can have its own address, such as yourcompany.conduittem.app. Your team signs in there and sees your logo, your name and your accent color, on the sign-in page and everywhere in the app. Emails about your organization (bills to review, findings, invitations) link to it too.

People who can change organization settings (owners and admins, unless your organization set up other roles) choose or change the address and color. Everyone else sees them on Settings → Organization.

Choose your address

  1. Go to Settings → Organization.
  2. On the Your address card, type the name you want in front of .conduittem.app.
  3. Wait for Available, then select Save.

Addresses use 3 to 32 lower-case letters, digits or hyphens, and start and end with a letter or digit. A few names are kept for Conduit itself (like www, my, help, status and bills); if you pick one, the card says so.

Then share the address with your team. They sign in there once with their email and password. Each address keeps its own sign-in, so being signed in at one doesn't sign you in at another.

The address only decides what your team sees first. Signing in still needs an account that belongs to your organization: someone from another company who opens your address can't see anything of yours.

Sign in with Google or Microsoft

Continue with Google and Continue with Microsoft work on your organization's address too. You pass briefly through the main sign-in page and come back to your address, already signed in.

If you sign in on the main sign-in page instead, you're taken to your organization's address automatically.

Add your logo and color

  • Logo: the logo from your company profile (on the same page, Company profile) appears at your address, including on the sign-in page.
  • Accent color: on the Your address card, pick a color or type a hex code like #0f766e, check the Preview, then select Save color. Buttons and highlights at your address use it. Text on the color switches between white and dark so it always stays readable. Reset goes back to the standard blue.

The main sign-in page keeps Conduit's own colors.

Change or remove your address

Choose a new name on the same card and select Save, then confirm. The old address keeps sending people to the new one for 90 days, then stops working, and nobody else can take it during that time. Everyone signs in once at the new address, so update bookmarks and any links you've shared.

Remove the address by clearing the box and selecting Remove. Your team goes back to the main sign-in page.

More than one organization

If you belong to several organizations, the organization switcher takes you to each one's own address, signed in. One without an address opens on the main site.

Use your own domain

On Business and Enterprise plans you can use your own domain instead, such as tem.yourcompany.com.

  1. On Settings → Organization → Custom domain, type the hostname and select Add. Use a subdomain (like tem.) of a domain your company owns.
  2. Where your domain's DNS is managed, add the two records the card shows:
    • a CNAME record for your hostname, pointing to the target shown;
    • a TXT record named _conduit-verify. followed by your hostname, with the value shown.
  3. Select Check now. DNS changes can take up to an hour to appear; we also check every 15 minutes.

When both records are found, the badge changes to Live. The first visit sets up the security certificate automatically, which takes a few seconds. From then on, invitations and emails link to your domain. Your .conduittem.app address keeps working too.

If the records are removed later, the domain keeps working for 7 days, then stops until they're back. Remove stops it right away.

If the badge says Suspended by Conduit, we've paused the domain (for example while a question about the name is sorted out). Contact us to turn it back on.

Need a hand?

Conduit's team can set up or fix your address, custom domain, colors and email sender for you. Contact us; there's no need to share your sign-in.

White label (Enterprise)

On Enterprise plans, Settings → Organization → White label lets you rename what your people see at your address:

  • Product name and AI name: shown in the app, page titles, the sign-in page and emails. AI names can't mention an AI model or provider.
  • Email sender name, footer text, and a support email or link.
  • Hide "Powered by Conduit TEM" on the sign-in page and in emails.

Leave a field empty to keep ours. Your logo (from the company profile) becomes the app's icon.

To send emails from your own domain, add a domain such as mail.yourcompany.com under Send email from your domain, publish the two DNS records shown (a TXT record and a CNAME), then select Check now. Until it's verified, emails come from our address under your sender name.

Legal terms, the status page and the Help centre stay ours. On the main site (not your address) everything shows the standard names.

"You're not a member there"

You'll see this if you sign in at an organization's address with an account that doesn't belong to it. Ask one of its admins to invite you, or select Use another account to sign in with the right one.
